Trial Course - Executive Functioning Masterclass

Welcome to our part 1 trial course for Executive Functioning. This course is designed to give families, educators, and supporting professionals a sample of our multi-lesson Executive Functioning Masterclass course.   The ability to create a roadmap to complete a task. Planning also incorporates prioritizing and decision-making
• Emotion Regulation (In Extended Course)
  The ability to manage emotions in order to control and direct behaviour
• Response Inhibition & Task Completion(In Extended Course)
  The capacity to think before you act, or to resist the urge to say or do something in the moment.
• Sustained Attention (In Extended Course)
  Being able to attend to a situation or task despite fatigue, boredom or distraction
• Cognitive Flexibility (In Extended Course)
  Being able to revise plans or thinking patterns in the face of new information or setbacks – being adaptable in the face of change.
